Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using STAYFEED (stayfeed.app), operated by Ownlize ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using STAYFEED, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using STAYFEED on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Description of Service

STAYFEED is a travel commerce platform that connects hotels and travel content creators. The platform allows:

  • Creators to share hotel recommendations and earn commissions on bookings they inspire.
  • Hotels to reach new audiences through creator-driven content.
  • Guests to discover and book hotels recommended by creators they trust.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@stayfeed.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Creator Terms

Creators who participate in the STAYFEED affiliate program agree to:

  • Only recommend hotels they have personally experienced.
  • Clearly disclose their affiliation with STAYFEED as required by applicable advertising laws (e.g., FTC guidelines).
  • Not engage in fraudulent bookings or artificial inflation of referral metrics.

Commission rates, payment schedules, and minimum thresholds are governed by a separate Creator Agreement.

5. Hotel Partner Terms

Hotels listed on STAYFEED agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their properties, availability, and pricing.
  • Honor bookings confirmed through the STAYFEED platform.
  • Not circumvent the platform to avoid commissions on referred guests.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Scrape, copy, or distribute platform content without written permission.
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or security.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on STAYFEED are the property of Ownlize or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

User-generated content (e.g., hotel reviews, creator posts) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.

8. Disclaimers

STAYFEED is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of hotel listings, availability, or creator reviews. We are not a party to booking transactions between hotels and guests.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ownlize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
