Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to bookings made through STAYFEED (stayfeed.app).
1. Hotel Booking Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms for hotel bookings are set by each individual hotel property. Before completing a booking, please review the cancellation policy displayed on the hotel's listing page.
Common cancellation tiers:

2. How to Cancel a Booking
- Log in to your STAYFEED account.
- Navigate to My Bookings.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.
Alternatively, contact us at support@stayfeed.app with your booking reference number.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. STAYFEED has no control over the time your financial institution takes to post the credit.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not check in on your arrival date without prior cancellation, the hotel's no-show policy applies. This typically results in a charge equal to the full booking amount with no refund.
5. Creator Commission Refunds
If a booking that generated a creator commission is subsequently cancelled and refunded, the corresponding commission will be reversed. Creators will be notified of any reversed commissions in their dashboard.
6. Platform Fees
STAYFEED does not charge guests a booking fee at this time. If a platform fee is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
7. Disputes
If you believe a refund was incorrectly processed or denied, contact us within 30 days of the booking date at support@stayfeed.app. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
